Do you offer hygiene services?
Yes. Dudley's Corporation is able to provide a range of comprehensive hygienic washroom solutions
to protect staff and clients from potentially harmful airborne bacteria. Solutions are also designed
to reduce unpleasant odours that accompany bacterial build up. A deep clean is performed by specialised
industrial cleaning equipment to de-scale and remove all foreign bodies caught up in washroom fittings
and plumbing including drains, urinals, toilet seats, hinges and hard to reach places. Deep clean
removes uric acid and lime encrustation all the way down the pipe outlets (up to two meters).
Do you do carpet cleaning?
Yes. We specialise in all three commercially recognised methods used to clean carpets:
- Steam cleaning or Hot Water Extraction (HWE) is the most common method used to clean
carpets and upholstery. Although called steam cleaning, no actual steam is involved in the
cleaning process;
- The 'Dry Fusion' process is pH neutral (pH 7.2) and doesn't rely on a high pH solution,
or wetting of carpet by water flushing. By utilising constant heat from a rotary cleaning pad,
we deep clean the carpet and remove deep set stains at the same time.
- A fluro based stain protector and blocking resin is fused on to every fibre as it is heat dried.
Dust, dirt and grime find it very difficult to stick to a 'Dry Fusion' cleaned carpet.
- Encapsulation technology surrounds sticky and oily soils in carpet forming microscopic crystals
that surround the sticky soils. Because it has now formed a dry microscopic crystal, the now
encapsulated soil particles are dislodged and released from the carpet fibre, and is easily extracted
as a dry particulate with a normal routine vacuuming.
